Policy

Please read the following information regarding all appointments :

 

Please make sure to come washed and blow dried to your appointment. No exceptions!

 

All Frontals/ Closures/ wigs and bundles must be properly wash, cleaned, dried, detangled and ready to go. If there is any glue residue or sticky lace your appointment will have to be rescheduled. I am on a tight schedule and do not have time to rewash your hair pieces. I will not do the work for extra pay.

 

If you are getting a Frontal/ Closure or Wig install it must be dropped of at least 48 hours prior to your up and coming appointment for customizations. No Exceptions!

 

For all weave installations I will not work with a bunch of cut up tracks it takes to much time and and it is very frustrating trying to put together the puzzle on your head lol.

 

If you would like any addition styling like curls or anything please send me a text ahead of time so I can add extra time to your booked timeslot. I cannot do any last minute extra styling due to my already made schedule.

 

Any appointments that are 15mins or more late will have to be rescheduled and a new deposit will have to be applied when doing so. No exceptions!

 

If you have scheduled a previous appointment and was a (no call no show) you will be charged and additional $25 for a new appointment on top of whatever service you are currently booking!

 

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! They are only transferable up to 2 weeks out,  if you reschedule at least  48hours prior to your existing appointment. 

 

Keep in mind that covid is still very real so please arrive to your Appointment alone (No extra guest and no kids) No Exceptions!
